Terms of Service – FlowContent Posztoló

1. The service

FlowContent Posztoló is an invite-only web tool for scheduling and publishing videos to social media accounts the user owns or manages. Access is granted by FlowContent to its team members and clients.

2. User responsibilities

• Only connect accounts you are authorised to manage.
• Only upload content you hold all necessary rights to (music, images, consent of people shown) and that complies with each platform's rules.
• Every post is initiated by you: you choose the account, content, time and per-platform settings.

3. Platform terms

The service uses the platforms' official APIs. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Meta Terms and the TikTok Terms of Service, and, when posting to TikTok, to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation.

4. Liability

Publishing depends on the platforms' availability; we are not liable for posts rejected or delayed by a platform, but we notify you of failures.

5. Termination

You can disconnect accounts at any time and request deletion of your user account. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
